A man has been arrested for exposing himself at St. Catharines Library. Police say he approached a woman at the library in the downtown core earlier this month.
The 24-year-old man was arrested on Sunday and charged with committing an indecent act and failing to comply with probation.
Police say the man reportedly approached a number of women and they are asking people to come forward.
Anyone with information should call police.
