A man has been arrested after an Amber Alert was issued in Niagara.
Niagara Regional Police called for an Amber Alert yesterday afternoon, after a six-year-old boy went missing.
Dushaun Mitchell was found safe a short while later.
His father, 44-year-old John Mitchell of Hamilton, has been arrested and charged with abduction and disobeying a court order.
He will appear in St. Catharines court via video link today.
