Cogeco says it lost connection after a car crash severed a line, it happened early this morning
Service has been restored to most of the Niagara region after a Cogeco internet disruption early this morning.
The company says it lost connection after a car accident caused a fibre connection to be cut.
The outage not only impacted Niagara, but also Hamilton and some areas beyond that.
