Police say Thorold man appears in court in May
Police have caught a 21-year old Thorold man speeding on the 427 recently at a staggering 262kms an hour.
They say the vehicle was clocked at that speed on Saturday, and pulled the driver over at Langstaff Road in Vaughan.
Police add the driver, Arjun Syan, was impaired by alcohol, and will be charged with:
- Operation while impaired
- Operation while impaired 80 plus
- Dangerous operation
- Stunt driving
- Obstruct plate
Police say his driver's licence is suspended for 90 days, and vehicle impounded for 2 weeks.
He'll appear in court May 6th.
