Government Canada has issued freezing rain warnings for most of Ontario but so far Niagara is staying clear.
The warnings cover the Greater Toronto Area to North Bay, Sudbury and Sault St. Marie, all the way out to the Ottawa Valley.
Provincial Police are advising people in those areas to stay off the roads which means travelling outside the region is not a good idea.
Hydro One has said it's gearing up for the storm as they are expecting large outages.
