The Niagara Region is prioritizing the weekly pickup of garbage, recycling and organics.
It’s implementing further changes to curb side waste collection during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Eligible properties can only leave up to three bags of yard waste at the curb for pickup starting today.
Restrictions will be applied to those who bring their leaf and yard waste to the landfill or drop-off depots.
Large household item pickup for single family homes or apartments with six units or less has also been suspended until May 30th.
