Freezing rain and hail are expected to hit the Niagara Region sometime this morning.
Strong winds of up to 70 km/h along with the freezing rain could lead to power outages.
Highways, roads, walkways and parking lots will be icy so make sure to slow down when driving and keep a safe following distance.
The rain is expected to die down this afternoon and become a drizzle or flurries.
