Public Health says it impacts the first floor of Eventide Home in Niagara Falls.
There are now four active outbreaks in healthcare facilities in Niagara.
The other three are in St. Catharines, at Linhaven Nursing Home, Radiant Care Tabor Manor Long Term Care and Garden City Manor.
