Niagara's daily COVID-19 case count continues trending downwards.
Niagara Public Health is confirming five new cases of the virus today.
The region has 83 active cases and two active outbreaks.
Over 539,000 vaccinations have been administered to Niagara residents, with over 67 percent having their first dose and more than 45 percent fully vaccinated.
