Students, staff and parents at Notre Dame College School in Welland will be celebrating today after the Fighting Irish won the Central Bowl for the first time in the school’s history.
The senior football team continued their unbeaten streak crushing the North Park Trojans yesterday 50-7 to win the OFSAA championship.
This is the fourth time the team has made it to the big game but the first time they came home with a trophy.
