It was a busy night for the Fort Erie Emergency Response Team.
It responded to 40 calls last night. Over 30 of those calls were for fallen trees on power lines.
Thousands of people were without power in Fort Erie this morning. About 3,300 Canadian Niagara Power customers were without hydro as of 8:00 a.m.
Major flooding has also been reported in several areas; including Point Abino Road, Four Mile Creek, and the Niagara Parkway.
