Niagara Falls man charged with impaired driving
A Niagara Falls man has been arrested after a driver was caught going 117 km/h in a 40 km/h zone.
Around 7:42 a.m. on Saturday, August 19th, Niagara Parks Police spotted the driver on the Niagara River Parkway in Queen Victoria Park.
The car was stopped, and police say the driver showed signs of impairment.
A 23 year old man faces impaired driving and stunt driving charges.
His license was also suspended for 90 days.
