Clocks will go ahead an hour at 2:00 a.m. on Sunday
You're about to lose an hour of sleep.
Daylight Saving Time is this weekend, so you'll have to set your clocks an hour ahead tomorrow night before you go to sleep.
This comes as legislation in the U.S. that could trigger an end to seasonal time changes moves forward.
Last week, U.S. Senator Marco Rubio reintroduced the Sunshine Protection Act, which would allow daylight time to be made permanent if passed.
Several provinces have been considering ditching the time change for years, but have said it would require alignment with American states.
