Hamlin will continue his rehabilitation at home
Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin has been released from hospital.
Hamlin was hospitalized in Cincinnati after suffering a cardiac arrest during a game on January 2nd.
He was later transferred to a hospital in Buffalo.
In a tweet, the team says he will continue his rehabilitation at home and with the Bills.
On Sunday, the Bills will take on the Miami Dolphins in the wild card round.
