A 32-year-old man is facing a list of charges after an NRP officer pulled over a stolen vehicle in Welland.
The officer stopped the grey car close to the Carlton Street Bridge Saturday night.
They charged the 32-year-old man behind the wheel and the 22-year-old woman in the passenger seat with possession of property obtained by crime.
The driver was also charged with driving while prohibited and possession of fentanyl and crystal meth.

The NRP stopped about 500 vehicles and issued 29 roadside tests between 6:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m.
Officers issued four three-day license suspensions and a 25-year-old from St. Catharines is facing a 90-day license suspension for having more than 80mg of alcohol in their system.
