Nearly 300-thousand applications to process
Looking to get your Nexus pass? Be prepared to wait.

While there was a big drop in applicants during the pandemic, the C-B-S-A says the backlog is the result of ongoing pandemic-related office closures.
The U-S has re-opened its offices to process applications for the program that allows pre-approved travelers from both countries to pass through separate, speedy lines at the border.
But Canada and the U-S are in discussions about when to re-open Canadian enrolment centres.
