Ontario's highest court will begin appeal hearings for the murder convictions against Dellen Millard today.
TORONTO - The Ontario Court of Appeal will begin hearings today for Dellen Millard.
Lawyers representing Millard and Mark Smich are both appealing their convictions for the high-profile murders of Tim Bosma and Laura Babcock about a decade ago.
Millard was seeking an adjournment for one of his appeal hearings yesterday, but the Ontario Court of Appeal denied that request.
This coming Friday, the court will also hear Millard's appeal regarding his first-degree murder conviction in the death of his father Wayne Millard. He was a wealthy aviation executive and his death was originally ruled a suicide.
