UPDATE: Environment Canada has called off the wind warning for south Niagara
A wind warning remains in effect for south Niagara.
Environment Canada says we can expect gusts up to 90 kilometres per hour early this morning, before it weakens to 70 to 80 kilometres per hour.
The winds should die down throughout the day.
Be careful driving out there. Strong winds can easily toss around loose objects and break tree branches.
