Three year old from Barrie found safe and sound
Police say they issued the alert when they were called by a ``community based agency'' after two children were supposed to be at a residence, but only one was present.
Officers couldn't find the child, but while they didn't believe she was abducted, felt there was enough concern for her safety to meet Amber Alert criteria.
