Starting today, you'll be able to do more at City Hall in Niagara Falls.
Residents and businesses will be able to access some in-person financial services without an appointment.
You can pay property tax, parking tickets and water bills at City Hall, or at the MacBain Community Centre.
Appointments are still needed for services like buying a bus pass, updating mailing or ownership changes and joining pre-authorized payments.
Masks are required in all municipal buildings.
Many city services are also available through the website.
