68 New Cases in Niagara

Niagara Public Health is reporting 68 new cases of COVID-19.

One more person has died, bringing the region's death toll to 376.

Ten people are being treated in Niagara hospitals for the virus.

There are eleven confirmed cases of the variant first discovered in the U.K.

In addition, 290 cases are being investigated after variants of concern were detected.

Niagara has 545 active cases and 27 active outbreaks.

There are 129 active cases in St. Catharines, 104 in Welland and 77 in the Falls.

Ontario is reporting 2,333 new cases of COVID-19 and 15 deaths today.

Toronto has 785 new cases, Peel has 433 and York Region has 222.

Hamilton is reporting 153 new cases, Ottawa has 124 and Durham has 120.
