One person charged with accessing, possessing and distributing child pornography.
Police have arrested a Welland man on child pornography charges.
Officers say the investigation was launched in October 2021 by members of the Niagara Regional Police Service's Internet Child Exploitation (I.C.E.) Unit.
As a result of the investigatio, 35 year old Christopher MacDonald was arrested yesterday.
He has been charged with Possession of Child Pornography, Accessing Child Pornography and Making Child Pornography Available.
MacDonald has been held in custody pending a bail hearing that will take place later today.
