Thorold Man Facing Impaired Driving Charges in Niagara Falls Crash

A man from Thorold is facing charges stemming from a November collision in the Falls.

On November 15th, emergency services responded to a single motor vehicle crash on the Niagara Parkway near Fraser Hill.

The male driver and female passenger of a 2012 Ford Focus were airlifted to out of region hospitals with serious injuries.

The car was demolished.

On Wednesday, officers charged a 23 year old Thorold man with Impaired Operation of a Conveyance Causing Bodily Harm and Over .08 mgs of Alcohol in 100 ml of blood.

Niagara Parks Police reminds the public that impaired driving is one of the top causes of criminal deaths in Canada.
