A man from Thorold is facing charges stemming from a November collision in the Falls.
On November 15th, emergency services responded to a single motor vehicle crash on the Niagara Parkway near Fraser Hill.
The male driver and female passenger of a 2012 Ford Focus were airlifted to out of region hospitals with serious injuries.
The car was demolished.
On Wednesday, officers charged a 23 year old Thorold man with Impaired Operation of a Conveyance Causing Bodily Harm and Over .08 mgs of Alcohol in 100 ml of blood.
