St. Catharines Residents Charged in Huge Drug Bust

Police say Outlaw gang members involved from Toronto to Niagara and Nova Scotia

Four people from St. Catharines have been arrested after a huge cocaine and drug bust spanning from Toronto, Niagara, and Nova Scotia.

Back in January a number of police forces began investigating suspected drug trafficking by Outlaw Motorcycle gang members in St. Catharines.

That led to the discovery of over 101kgs of cocaine, and more than $215,000 in a Richmond Hill home on Friday, April 4th, as well as more drugs in two St. Catharines houses.

Police arrested three men, and one woman.

Randy McGEAN, age 53, Sherry STILLWELL, age 44, and Cody SOULLIERE, age 40, all residents of St. Catharines, have each been charged with the following two offences contrary to the Criminal Code (CC) and Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA):

  •         Possession of proceeds of crime
  •         Possession for the purpose of trafficking - cocaine

They are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Niagara on May 29, 2025.

David CROTHERS, age 47 of St. Catharines, was arrested and charged with the following two offences contrary to the CC and CDSA:

  •         Possession of proceeds of crime
  •         Possession for the purpose of trafficking - cocaine

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Niagara on April 24, 2025.

The next day, RCMP stopped a vehicle in Nova Scotia, and found cocaine, a gun, the driver was arrested.

Police estimate the drug value is over $10.1-million.
