Move would make it easier to figure out if you have a leak.
The city of St. Catharines is hoping to make it easier for homeowners to budget with a plan to increase the number of water bills they get a year.
The city currently sends out a bill every four months which can lead to some pretty steep bills.
But now the city's budget committee is considering a plan to bill every two months which councillors note will help people track their usage particularly if they have a leak.
