No word if he plans to move ahead with easing more restrictions

^{The Premier has a media conference set for this morning and restaurant owners are waiting to find out when and if they will see capacity limits on their businesses lifted.}

^{Doug Ford is expected to talk about the vaccine certificate program and the province's plan to exit Stage 3 when he speaks to reporters at 11:00.}

^{But yesterday, while announcing a new COVID-19 vaccine verification app is ready for businesses to download, the province's top doctor said he is hesitant to lift any further restrictions until we get a clear picture what the impact will be from holiday weekend get togethers.}

^{Yesterday the COVIID case numbers climbed back to over 400 cases across the province.}

^{There were 25 new infections reported in Niagara.}
