Ontario Confirms 438 New COVID-19 Cases

Officials report 234 patients hospitalized, with 130 in ICU due to COVID.

There's a jump in the number of new COVID-19 infections in Ontario.

Officials confirm 438 new cases and five more deaths today.

There are 279 cases in people who aren't double dosed or whose vaccination status isn't known.

More than 32,000 tests were completed yesterday.

There are 234 hospital patients with the virus throughout Ontario, and the province is reporting 130 people in ICUs due to COVID-19.

Over 22.5 million vaccine doses have been administered.

About 88.3 percent of eligible Ontarians have one shot and nearly 84.8 are fully immunized.
