Man died after police received domestic disturbance call
The SIU says it won't charge any Niagara Regional Police officers in connection with the death of a 35 year old man.
In May, officers received a report of a domestic disturbance at a home near Cushman Road and Welland Avenue in St. Catharines.
When police arrived, a man in medical distress was outside.
He was taken to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The SIU says there is no evidence to suggest the police did anything wrong.
