A West Lincoln mom who lost her son in a workplace accident has a message about safety on the job.
On September 26th, 2014, 17 year old Adam Keunen lost his life when he was hit by a front end loader.
The teenager had just started his first week of a high school co-op work placement.
In a video released by SafeGen to mark National Day of Mourning, his mother Elaine says the loss of Adam has left a big hole in her family over the last six and a half years.
Elaine Keunen is encouraging people to follow their instincts, and refuse work they feel is unsafe.
