One man has been arrested after another man was threatened with a pellet gun.
Around 6:15 p.m. on Saturday, police responded to reports of an armed individual near the intersection of Victoria Avenue and Crawford Place in the Falls.
Officers claim the suspect got into a dispute with a 24 year old man outside a multi-unit residence and pointed a pellet gun at him.
The suspect fled before police arrived, but was located and arrested near Buckley Avenue and Simcoe Street a few minutes later.
Facing numerous weapon-related charges is 42 year old Justin Ambursley of Niagara Falls.
