NRP are continuing to investigate
Niagara Regional Police are investigating after human remains were found in West Lincoln.
On Wednesday, police responded to the area of Young Street and South Grimsby Road 6 after a resident had located what was believed to be a human jawbone.
Further investigation found more remains along with clothing.
Police are currently on scene as they continue to investigate with the assistance of the Forensic Services Unit and a forensic anthropologist.
At this time, the cause of death and identity of the person have not been confirmed.
Anyone who may have more information is asked to call police.
