Niagara Falls City Council has approved waiving the 2021 business license fees for several types of establishments.
These include amusement parks, barber/hair dressing shops, bowling alleys, tattoo parlours, theatres, restaurants, cottage rentals and motels.
The move was made in order to protect businesses from further pandemic-related economic troubles.
The financial impact is estimated at over $36,000.
