Twenty-three people are facing impaired driving charges following R.I.D.E spot checks in Niagara.
Between July 19th and August 8th, 23 people were charged for impaired driving or refusing to provide a blood or breath sample.
Those charged include four people from St. Catharines, three people from Niagara Falls, two people from Buffalo and one person from Toronto.
Police say each person also received a 90 day license suspension.
